When I create my poster about my capstone project, I will create it more on the lines of the need of the change, or use an emergent factor to catch people's eyes. I will use bright colors to catch the eye and bring them to my issue. I would use big fonts and bright colors, also use photographs statistics to further explain the issue.
I do not have a quote or theme yet, I will probably do the 11x17 size

Capstone Project
My Capstone project is about creating awareness about Dental Emergency Rooms. The problem is that many people go to hospital emergency rooms for their dental emergencies and prolong waiting times and do not get sufficient care. My project is to create more awareness about Dental Emergency Rooms that would be open 24/7 to assist in the needs of the community. My initial idea of "creating" a dental emergency room was denied, so now I have changed it to creating awareness for it through an App for smartphones and more information on the web.

- know your audience
- text should be large enough to be seen from 5 feet away
- make it simple and bold
- put the most important things first
- adjust size according to the amount of traffic in the area
